Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah suatu aktivitas ilmiah yg penulis lakukan buat mengetahui suatu masalah, tujuan, & manfaat yg terkait menggunakan judul yg diteliti. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelatif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan NH Multimedia Poncokusumo dalam semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional pengajar, motivasi kerja pengajar, & kinerja pengajar produktif mempunyai interaksi yg signifikan menggunakan prestasi belajar anak didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yaitu sebanyak 67,5% sedangkan sisanya 32,5% ditentukan sang faktor lain yg nir dijelaskan pada penelitian ini.
