Abstract

Di era pasca-pandemi, tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan menuntut pendekatan pengendalian yang lebih adaptif untuk mendukung kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sinergi pengendalian personal dan budaya sebagai pengendalian informal dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kinerja guru di SMAK Z. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sinergi pengendalian informal berperan sebagai sumber daya kerja yang efektif dalam mengatasi tuntutan pekerjaan. Pelatihan berkelanjutan, pendampingan spiritualitas, dan internalisasi nilai Vinsensian terbukti meningkatkan kompetensi teknis dan karakter guru, serta melestarikan motivasi dan komitmen guru terhadap profesinya. Kepuasan siswa dan orang tua serta peningkatan kinerja sekolah merupakan dampak positif dari sinergi pengendalian informal ini. Hasil penelitian menyarankan institusi pendidikan lainnya untuk mengintegrasikan pengendalian informal dalam strategi manajemen guna menciptakan sistem pengendalian yang lebih humanis dan relevan dengan kebutuhan guru. Keterbatasan penelitian ini yang berfokus pada satu institusi mendorong perlunya studi lebih lanjut dengan cakupan lebih luas untuk memperkaya temuan dan memberikan panduan praktis bagi pengembangan pendidikan di masa depan.
