Analisis Adopsi Learning Management System (LMS) dengan Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) di Perusahaan Asuransi XYZ

Penelitian ini mengkaji adopsi Learning Management System (LMS) menggunakan Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM) di perusahaan asuransi XYZ. Desain penelitian menggunakan Mixed Method – Sequential Explanatory Design, dimulai dari analisis kuantitatif melalui Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dari 163 responden agen asuransi, dilanjutkan dengan analisis kualitatif melalui wawancara. Fokus utama adalah menguji pengaruh Optimisme (OPT), Inovasi (INN), Ketidaknyamanan (DIS), dan Ketidakamanan (INS) terhadap Perceived Usefulness (PU) dan Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), serta dampaknya terhadap Attitude Towards Using (ATT) dan Behavioral Intention to Use (BI) terkait LMS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Optimisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap PU dan PEOU; Inovasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap PEOU namun tidak terhadap PU; Ketidakamanan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap PEOU; sedangkan Ketidaknyamanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PU maupun PEOU. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting untuk strategi pelatihan berbasis teknologi, dengan menekankan perlunya meningkatkan optimisme dan inovasi, serta mengurangi ketidakamanan dalam adopsi LMS.
