Pengaruh Positive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Untuk Meningkatkan Self Esteem Pada Wanita Korban Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga

KDRT psikis berdampak pada rendahnya self-esteem korban, ditandai dengan evaluasi diri negatif, ketidakberdayaan, dan isolasi sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji efektivitas PCBT—terapi berbasis solusi—dalam meningkatkan self-esteem wanita korban KDRT. Penelitian eksperimen kuantitatif dengan desain SSR (A-B-A) pada dua subjek menggunakan kuesioner adaptasi Mruk (2006). Intervensi PCBT diberikan selama 12 sesi (45-60 menit/sesi). PCBT meningkatkan self-esteem sebesar 58.9% (subjek 1) dan 45.1% (subjek 2), dengan aspek keberhargaan sebagai yang paling responsif (perubahan 29.1%). Analisis visual inspection menunjukkan tren peningkatan yang stabil. Implikasi: PCBT terbukti efektif sebagai intervensi berbasis kekuatan untuk korban KDRT, namun perlu diperluas dengan sampel lebih besar dan desain mixed-methods. Temuan ini mendorong pengembangan modul PCBT yang lebih kontekstual di Indonesia.
