Peran Exposure to Influencer dalam Mempengaruhi Niat Konsumen untuk Membeli Makanan Sehat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat konsumen dalam membeli makanan sehat, dengan menitikberatkan pada peran media sosial dan influencer digital. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 339 responden dari generasi Milenial dan Gen Z di Indonesia yang mengikuti influencer makanan sehat. Model yang digunakan mengadopsi dan memperluas Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), dengan variabel independen meliputi Attitude Toward Behaviour, Perceived Behavioral Control, Subjective Norms, dan Exposure to Influencer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tiga variabel—Attitude Toward Behaviour, Perceived Behavioral Control, dan Exposure to Influencer—berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian makanan sehat, sementara Subjective Norms tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya peran influencer dan sikap pribadi dalam membentuk niat beli konsumen terhadap produk makanan sehat. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku industri makanan sehat untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif di era digital.
