Spiritualitas, Perilaku Agresif, dan Mindfulness Pada Individu Dewasa: Sebuah Tinjauan Naratif

Perilaku agresif merupakan fenomena yang dapat muncul sepanjang rentang kehidupan, termasuk pada kelompok usia dewasa. Pada individu dewasa, perilaku agresif seringkali berdampak lebih serius dan berpotensi menimbulkan konsekuensi yang lebih merugikan dibandingkan dengan kelompok usia lainnya. Spiritualitas dipandang sebagai salah satu faktor protektif yang berpotensi menurunkan kecenderungan perilaku agresif. Namun, temuan penelitian mengenai hubungan antara spiritualitas dan perilaku agresif masih menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi, terutama disebabkan oleh tumpang tindih konsep dan pengukuran antara spiritualitas dan religiusitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran mindfulness dalam memperkuat pengaruh spiritualitas terhadap penurunan perilaku agresif melalui pendekatan narrative literature review. Studi yang ditinjau merupakan publikasi global dalam rentang tahun 2015 hingga 2025 dengan populasi orang dewasa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa mindfulness berperan penting dalam regulasi emosi, pendalaman pengalaman spiritual, serta pengendalian perilaku agresif. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam memperluas pemahaman mengenai hubungan antara spiritualitas dan perilaku agresif, serta menyoroti pentingnya integrasi mindfulness sebagai variabel moderator.
