Perilaku Berolahraga Untuk Pencegahan Penyakit Jantung Pada Individu Dewasa Awal Ditinjau dari Health Belief Model

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor-faktor dalam Health Belief Model (HBM) dengan perilaku berolahraga untuk pencegahan penyakit jantung pada individu dewasa awal. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional, penelitian melibatkan 54 partisipan berusia 18–40 tahun di Kota Semarang. Variabel tergantung dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku berolahraga, sedangkan variabel bebas terdiri dari enam komponen HBM, yaitu perceived susceptibility, perceived seriousness, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, self-efficacy, dan cues to action. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa HBM secara simultan memprediksi perilaku berolahraga sebesar 27,3% (p = 0,016). Uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan sebagian besar komponen HBM berhubungan positif dan signifikan, kecuali perceived seriousness dan self-efficacy yang tidak signifikan. Temuan ini mendukung penggunaan HBM dalam merancang intervensi olahraga untuk pencegahan penyakit jantung pada dewasa awal.
