Analisis Strategi Bisnis PT. Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) Dalam Mempertahankan Pertumbuhan di Industri Menara Telekomunikasi

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi bisnis PT. Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) dalam mempertahankan pertumbuhan di industri menara telekomunikasi Indonesia. Transformasi digital dan meningkatnya penetrasi internet menciptakan peluang besar bagi penyedia infrastruktur telekomunikasi, namun juga intensifnya persaingan dan merger operator seluler menghadirkan tantangan strategis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis Strategic Group Mapping, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces, VRIO, dan SWOT. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan manajemen Protelindo dan studi dokumen laporan tahunan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Protelindo berada pada posisi Growth dalam Matriks IE dengan skor IFAS 3,62 dan EFAS 3,51. Kekuatan utama terletak pada portofolio infrastruktur terbesar kedua di Indonesia dengan 35.400 menara dan 170.000 km fiber optik, dukungan Djarum Group, serta diversifikasi layanan. Kelemahan utama adalah tenancy ratio rendah (1,64x) dibanding kompetitor dan tingginya liabilitas. Analisis TOWS menghasilkan empat strategi alternatif: SO Strategy (investasi proaktif infrastruktur 5G dan ekspansi fiber optik), WO Strategy (peningkatan tenancy ratio dan restrukturisasi keuangan), ST Strategy (diferensiasi layanan dan diversifikasi geografis), dan WT Strategy (manajemen risiko finansial dan efisiensi operasional). Penelitian merekomendasikan kombinasi keempat strategi dengan prioritas pada SO Strategy untuk memanfaatkan peluang transformasi digital dan teknologi 5G, didukung strategi pertahanan dan perbaikan internal untuk mempertahankan posisi kompetitif jangka panjang.
