Pengaruh Motivasi Bermain Game Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Dalam Game Berbasis Gacha (Studi Pada Pemain Goddess of Victory: Nikke)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi bermain game terhadap perilaku konsumtif dalam game berbasis gacha, dengan studi kasus pada pemain Goddess of Victory: NIKKE. Gacha merupakan mekanisme permainan yang menyerupai sistem undian berbayar, yang dapat mendorong pemain untuk melakukan pembelian berulang guna memperoleh item virtual yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden aktif yang bermain Goddess of Victory: NIKKE minimal selama tiga bulan terakhir. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel motivasi bermain (hiburan, pencapaian, sosial, dan pelarian) dengan tingkat perilaku konsumtif pemain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi hiburan dan pelarian memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kecenderungan perilaku konsumtif dalam game gacha. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa dorongan psikologis tertentu dapat memperkuat keputusan ekonomi pemain di dalam ekosistem game. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pemahaman dinamika perilaku digital konsumen serta menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pengembang game dan pembuat kebijakan dalam mengatur monetisasi game yang adiktif.
