Digitalisasi dan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Berkontribusi Terhadap Kinerja Bisnis Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental

Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang berkembang pesat saat ini, perusahaan semakin menyadari pentingnya teknologi dan pengelolaannya dalam mendorong kesuksesan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Digitalisasi dan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) terhadap Kinerja Bisnis, dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai mediator yang memperkuat hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 734 karyawan, dengan sampel 100 responden yang dipilih dari berbagai unit operasional PT PERTAMINA TRANS KONTINENTAL. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Digitalisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, yang pada gilirannya berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Bisnis. Selain itu, Tata Kelola TI ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Bisnis melalui Kepuasan Kerja. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting mengenai bagaimana Digitalisasi dan Tata Kelola TI dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Bisnis melalui peningkatan Kepuasan Kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan yang ingin mengoptimalkan strategi teknologi dan kinerja mereka secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu fokus pada pengelolaan dan penerapan teknologi yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis yang lebih efisien dan produktif, serta meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan yang akan berdampak langsung pada hasil bisnis yang lebih baik.
