Hubungan Antara Fungsi Keluarga Dengan Regulasi Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Hipertensi Lanjut Usia di Puskesmas Kwanyar Kabupaten Bangkalan

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama pada lanjut usia yang dapat menimbulkan komplikasi serius seperti stroke, gagal jantung, dan penyakit ginjal kronis. Selain terapi farmakologis, dukungan keluarga terbukti memengaruhi keberhasilan pengelolaan tekanan darah melalui peningkatan kepatuhan pengobatan dan pengurangan stres. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fungsi keluarga dan status regulasi tekanan darah pada pasien lanjut usia dengan hipertensi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 pasien lanjut usia (>64 tahun) yang dipilih menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Fungsi keluarga diukur menggunakan instrumen Family APGAR, sedangkan status regulasi tekanan darah ditentukan melalui pengukuran tekanan darah oleh tenaga kesehatan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi p < 0,05. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 82,5% responden dengan fungsi keluarga fungsional memiliki tekanan darah terkontrol, sedangkan hanya 20% dari responden dengan disfungsi keluarga berat yang mencapai tekanan darah terkontrol. Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara fungsi keluarga dan regulasi tekanan darah (p = 0,000). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara fungsi keluarga dan regulasi tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan keluarga dalam pengelolaan hipertensi dan mendukung integrasi pendekatan berbasis keluarga dalam pelayanan kesehatan primer.
