Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Tugas Siswa Berbasis Telegram dengan Arsitektur Hub-and-Spoke pada Google Sheets

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) masih banyak melakukan tugas siswa secara manual, yang kurang efektif dan mengancam privasi data. Studi ini mengembangkan dan membangun sistem informasi tugas siswa berbasis chatbot Telegram yang menggunakan arsitektur hub-and-spoke dan autentikasi nomor handphone. Sistem ini terintegrasi dengan Google Sheets. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model ADDIE. Pengujian usability dilakukan melalui validasi ahli dan pengujian usability System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil validasi ahli memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,34, dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan hasil uji SUS memperoleh skor 90,275, dengan kategori sangat layak. Sistem dapat menampilkan nilai dan tugas siswa secara real-time, aman, dan personal tanpa mengubah pekerjaan guru. Oleh karena itu, sistem ini berfungsi dengan baik sebagai alat digital yang membantu siswa mengelola tugas mereka di SMK.
