Tasawuf dan Produktivitas Bermakna: Rekonstruksi Pandangan Dunia Islam tentang Kerja, Makna, dan Aktualisasi Diri

Produktivitas modern kerap direduksi menjadi efisiensi dan capaian output, sehingga dimensi makna dan orientasi transendental kerja terpinggirkan. Kondisi ini berkontribusi pada krisis makna kerja dan kerentanan kelelahan kerja (burnout) dalam berbagai konteks profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan merekonstruksi konsep “produktivitas bermakna” melalui kerangka pandangan dunia Islam dengan menempatkan tasawuf sebagai fondasi batin yang menstabilkan makna kerja dan mengarahkan aktualisasi diri. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur konseptual-kritis terhadap studi meaningful work, etika kerja Islam, dan kajian tasawuf kontemporer. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas dalam pandangan dunia Islam dipahami sebagai kualitas amal yang menyatukan orientasi niat (niyyah), integritas pelaksanaan (ihsan), dan tanggung jawab kekhalifahan, bukan sekadar kuantitas output. Tasawuf memperkuat kerangka tersebut melalui tazkiyatun nafs, ikhlas, muraqabah, dan istiqamah sebagai mekanisme regulasi batin yang mencegah distorsi produktivitas menjadi eksploitasi diri. Aktualisasi diri dalam tasawuf diarahkan pada transformasi menuju insan kamil, yaitu pengembangan diri yang berorientasi ilahiah dan berdampak sosial. Artikel ini menawarkan model konseptual produktivitas bermakna berbasis tasawuf yang relevan bagi manusia modern dan organisasi, sekaligus membuka agenda riset empiris untuk pengembangan instrumen dan pengujian model pada konteks kerja yang beragam.
