Hubungan Kadar Troponin I Serum Dengan Tingkat Keparahan Pasien ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction di RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Bali

ST Elevasi Miokard Infark (STEMI) merupakan bentuk sindrom koroner akut yang memiliki risiko mortalitas tinggi. Kadar troponin I serum merupakan salah satu penanda biokimia yang mencermikan derajat kerusakan miokard, sedangkan TIMI flow grade (Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction) digunakan untuk menilai tingkat keparahan serta prognosis pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kadar troponin I serum dengan tingkat keparahan pasien STEMI berdasarkan TIMI flow grade.Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional analitik dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Data diperoleh dari 34 rekam medis pasien STEMI yang menjalani pemeriksaan troponin I dan angiografi koroner di RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Bali. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman. Ditemukan hubungan signifikan secara statistik antara kadar troponin I dan TIMI flow grade (r = 0,937; p = 0,020), yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan troponin I berhubungan dengan peningkatan risiko klinis berdasarkan TIMI flow grade. Sebagian besar pasien berada pada kategori risiko sedang (skor 1), diikuti oleh skor 2, dan skor 0.Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan peningkatan troponin I dengan keparahan pasien STEMI di RSUP.
