Value Added Logistics sebagai Mekanisme Strategis Pembentuk Daya Saing Perusahaan Logistik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana daya saing logistik terbentuk di pasar emerging melalui interaksi antara dinamika pasar, kemampuan berbasis kluster, dan mekanisme penciptaan nilai. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini meneliti dampak Emerging Market Logistics (EML) dan Dynamic Logistics Cluster’s Capabilities (DLC) terhadap kinerja daya saing logistik (LCP), dengan Value Added Logistics (VALI) berperan sebagai mekanisme mediasi strategis. Metode yang digunakan eksplanatori kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 170 responden tingkat manajerial yang mewakili perusahaan logistik yang beroperasi di berbagai kluster logistik utama di Indonesia. Model diuji menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan struktur hierarki second order. Evaluasi pengukuran menunjukkan reliabilitas dan validitas yang kuat pada semua konstruksi. Hasil struktural menunjukkan bahwa VALI memiliki efek langsung terkuat pada LCP, diikuti oleh EML terhadap LCP  dan DLC terhadap LCP. Baik EML maupun DLC juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi VALI. Analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa VALI berperan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara EML dan LCP serta antara DLC dan LCP, mengonfirmasi perannya sebagai mekanisme transformasional yang mengubah tekanan lingkungan dan kemampuan kluster menjadi keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini memperkaya literatur manajemen strategis dan logistik dengan secara empiris menetapkan penciptaan nilai melalui logistik bernilai tambah sebagai pendorong utama daya saing logistik di pasar berkembang. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan logistik harus melampaui efisiensi operasional dan memprioritaskan inovasi layanan bernilai tambah, sementara pembuat kebijakan harus memperkuat ekosistem kolaboratif yang mendukung inovasi layanan dan integrasi digital.
