Hubungan Intensitas Olahraga dengan Keluhan Konstipasi pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Yarsi Angkatan 2022

Konstipasi merupakan gangguan pencernaan yang ditandai dengan frekuensi defekasi rendah, konsistensi feses keras, dan kesulitan saat buang air besar, yang dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup. Kurangnya aktivitas fisik diketahui sebagai salah satu faktor risiko penting terjadinya konstipasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara intensitas olahraga dengan keluhan konstipasi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas YARSI angkatan 2022. Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan potong lintang (cross-sectional). Intensitas aktivitas fisik diukur menggunakan International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) versi pendek, sedangkan keluhan konstipasi dinilai berdasarkan Kriteria Roma IV. Sampel berjumlah 164 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman dengan tingkat kemaknaan p<0,05. Mayoritas responden memiliki intensitas olahraga kategori sedang (54,9%), diikuti rendah (29,3%) dan tinggi (15,8%). Prevalensi keluhan konstipasi sebesar 20,7%. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara intensitas olahraga dengan keluhan konstipasi (p=0,003; r=-0,229), di mana mahasiswa dengan intensitas olahraga rendah memiliki proporsi konstipasi lebih tinggi. Intensitas olahraga berhubungan signifikan dengan keluhan konstipasi pada mahasiswa kedokteran. Aktivitas fisik dengan intensitas sedang hingga tinggi bersifat protektif terhadap konstipasi.
