Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Aktual Penggunaan Rekam Medik Elektronik (RME) oleh Petugas Kesehatan dalam Aspek Pelayanan Berpusat pada Pasien: Studi Berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Meskipun pelaksanaan RME telah diterapkan di hampir seluruh rumah sakit, masih sedikit yang mengevaluasi dampak langsung penerapan RME. Terbatasnya penelitian yang menghubungkan TPB dan TAM dalam konteks penggunaan teknologi yang penerapan diwajibkan (mandatory) oleh regulasi, menjadi perhatian penting karena sebagian besar penelitian sebelumnya berfokus pada kondisi pengguna memiliki pilihan untuk menggunakan atau tidak menggunakan teknologi tersebut. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner pada sampel yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling pada tenaga kesehatan yang bertugas di RSIA Puri Bunda Singaraja. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3 untuk melihat pengaruh antar variabel meliputi persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku, niat penggunaan dan perilaku actual. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa tidak semua determinan psikologis dalam model TPB dan TAM memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam konteks sistem informasi kesehatan yang bersifat mandatory. Persepsi kontrol perilaku muncul sebagai determinan utama niat penggunaan, sementara konstruk lainnya tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan.
