Konsep Infrastruktur Cerdas dalam Mengurangi dan Mencegah Risiko Bencana Banjir Pesisir: Kasus Palabuhanratu Kabupaten Sukabumi

Banjir pesisir menjadi ancaman utama bagi kota-kota di tepi laut, termasuk Palabuhanratu, yang terpengaruh oleh curah hujan ekstrem, kenaikan muka air laut, dan urbanisasi pesat. Kota ini menghadapi risiko banjir dari laut, sungai, dan limpasan permukaan. Penelitian ini penting untuk memahami dinamika banjir dan mencari solusi mitigasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perkembangan banjir di Palabuhanratu dalam 10 tahun terakhir, mengidentifikasi faktor penyebabnya, dan mengevaluasi potensi penggunaan infrastruktur cerdas dalam mitigasi banjir pesisir. Pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup pemetaan spasial untuk mengenali wilayah rawan, analisis kapasitas infrastruktur eksisting, serta studi kelayakan penerapan teknologi seperti sensor IoT, sistem peringatan dini berbasis komunitas, dan drainase adaptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi real-time dengan perencanaan tata ruang adaptif dapat meningkatkan efektivitas mitigasi banjir, mempercepat respons darurat, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan model implementasi infrastruktur cerdas yang dapat diterapkan di wilayah pesisir lainnya dengan karakteristik serupa dan menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, akademisi, dan masyarakat lokal untuk membangun ketahanan terhadap dampak perubahan iklim.
