Pengaruh Likuiditas, Permodalan, dan Kualitas Kredit Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Serta Dampaknya terhadap Keberlanjutan Bisnis BPR di Kota Tangerang Tahun 2020–2024

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) di Kota Tangerang menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kinerja keuangan dan keberlanjutan bisnisnya. Faktor-faktor seperti likuiditas, kecukupan modal, dan kualitas kredit berperan penting dalam stabilitas keuangan BPR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap kinerja keuangan dan keberlanjutan bisnis BPR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak likuiditas, kecukupan modal, dan kualitas kredit terhadap kinerja keuangan BPR di Kota Tangerang selama 2020–2024, serta implikasinya terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari 11 BPR di Kota Tangerang selama periode 2020–2024. Metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dan hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas (LDR), kecukupan modal (CAR), dan kualitas kredit (NPL) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan Return on Assets (ROA). Namun, kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis. Likuiditas, kecukupan modal, dan kualitas kredit menunjukkan pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis tanpa melalui kinerja keuangan. Manajemen likuiditas, modal, dan kualitas kredit yang baik sangat penting untuk memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis BPR. Meskipun tidak mempengaruhi langsung kinerja keuangan, pengelolaan faktor-faktor ini secara efektif dapat memperkuat stabilitas operasional dan keberlanjutan BPR dalam jangka panjang.
