Hubungan Rekam Medis Elektronik (Rme) Dengan Peningkatan Keselamatan Pasien Selama Pelayanan Di Seluruh Puskesmas Di Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan

Keselamatan pasien merupakan aspek fundamental dalam pelayanan kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk mencegah cedera akibat kesalahan dalam proses pelayanan. Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) dapat meningkatkan keselamatan pasien melalui efisiensi dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan data medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pemanfaatan RME dan peningkatan keselamatan pasien di Puskesmas Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara niat perilaku pengguna RME, aplikasi RME, dan kondisi fasilitas RME dengan keselamatan pasien di Puskesmas Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 236 tenaga kesehatan di 17 Puskesmas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara niat perilaku pengguna RME, aplikasi RME, dan kondisi fasilitas RME dengan keselamatan pasien, dengan tingkat korelasi yang kuat antara aplikasi RME dan keselamatan pasien (r = 0.703, p < 0.01). Penggunaan RME yang optimal dapat meningkatkan keselamatan pasien, menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang baik berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.
