Penyusunan Dokumen Rencana Strategis Seminari Pius XII Kisol 2026-2031 (Laporan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat)

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan mendampingi penyusunan Rencana Strategis (Renstra) Seminari Pius XII Kisol 2026–2031 sebagai upaya memperkuat tata kelola lembaga pendidikan calon imam yang lebih sistematis, profesional, dan berbasis data. Selama hampir tujuh dekade, pengelolaan seminari ini banyak bertumpu pada karisma personal pimpinan dan tradisi institusional, namun perubahan zaman, disrupsi digital, serta dinamika generasi muda menuntut pendekatan perencanaan yang lebih terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan bersifat kolaboratif, reflektif, dan evidence-based, dengan memanfaatkan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk memetakan kondisi eksisting serta kerangka Triad Quality Dimension (structure, process, product) sebagai arsitektur pengembangan lembaga. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya disparitas antar pilar formasi, terutama pada aspek kesehatan dan tata kelola kelembagaan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dirumuskan paradigma transformasi menuju model formasi “Humanis Adaptif” dengan visi “Mandiri Lembaga, Kuat Jiwa Raga, Resilien Panggilan”. Renstra ini diharapkan menjadi living document yang memandu pembaruan berkelanjutan seminari dalam menyiapkan pemimpin Gereja yang tangguh secara spiritual, intelektual, dan sosial.
