Epistaksis merupakan salah satu kondisi kegawatdaruratan yang sering dijumpai di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) dan dapat terjadi pada semua kelompok usia dengan berbagai faktor pencetus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien epistaksis di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RS Ngoerah periode tahun 2023–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan potong lintang (cross-sectional). Data diperoleh dari rekam medis elektronik seluruh pasien epistaksis yang datang ke IGD RS Ngoerah pada periode 1 Januari 2023 hingga 31 Desember 2024 dengan metode total sampling. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, faktor pencetus, sisi perdarahan, dan status disposisi pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 91 pasien epistaksis, mayoritas berjenis kelamin laki-laki (73,6%). Kelompok usia terbanyak adalah 0–9 tahun dan 60–69 tahun, masing-masing sebesar 23,1%. Faktor pencetus paling sering adalah neoplasma regio kepala (31,8%), diikuti oleh trauma (20,9%) dan idiopatik (14,3%). Perdarahan paling banyak terjadi pada sisi kanan hidung (42,9%), sedangkan sebagian besar pasien mendapatkan penanganan rawat jalan (94,5%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pasien epistaksis di IGD RS Ngoerah didominasi oleh laki-laki dengan distribusi usia bimodal, serta sebagian besar kasus dipicu oleh faktor lokal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar evaluasi dan peningkatan kualitas penanganan pasien epistaksis di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.
