Integrasi Psikologi, Pedagogi, dan Konseling sebagai Dasar Interdisipliner dalam Peningkatan Profesionalisme Konselor Edukasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan betapa pentingnya mengintegrasikan psikologi, pedagogi, dan konseling sebagai landasan interdisipliner untuk memperkuat profesionalitas konselor pendidikan di Indonesia. Kerangka teori utama mengintegrasikan pemahaman tentang psikologi perkembangan, metode pengajaran, dan praktik konseling profesional untuk menghasilkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang menyeluruh, responsif, serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Pembahasan tertuju pada analisis teoretis dan sintesis konsep integrasi ketiga bidang ilmu itu, refleksi mengenai tantangan dan kesempatan dalam pelaksanaan layanan BK di Indonesia, serta saran strategis untuk pengembangan keterampilan konselor. Metode penulisan diterapkan dengan pendekatan analisis literatur dan refleksi kritis mengenai konteks ilmiah serta praktik konseling pendidikan yang ada saat ini. Kesimpulan utama menunjukkan bahwa metode interdisipliner ini memperkuat keterampilan teknis, kepekaan emosional, dan kerja sama konselor, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi layanan BK. Rekomendasi mencakup pengembangan kurikulum yang terintegrasi, pelatihan kerja sama, pemakaian teknologi, dan penilaian yang berkesinambungan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme konselor. Oleh karena itu, strategi ini berperan sebagai dasar krusial dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan serta kesejahteraan siswa di Indonesia.
