Pendampingan Analisis Hasil TKA dan Rapor Pendidikan 2025 pada Sekolah SMA/SMK Yayasan Sukma Manggarai Barat dengan Pendekatan Data-Driven School Improvement

Transformasi pendidikan berbasis data menjadi kebutuhan mendesak di tengah rendahnya capaian literasi dan numerasi di Nusa Tenggara Timur, khususnya pada SMA/SMK di bawah Yayasan Persekolahan Sukma Manggarai Barat, Keuskupan Labuan Bajo. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan menganalisis hasil Tes Kemampuan Akademik (TKA) dan Rapor Pendidikan 2025 untuk mendorong peningkatan mutu sekolah melalui pendekatan Data-Driven School Improvement. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif non-parametrik dengan Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) dan Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) terhadap 942 siswa di tiga sekolah mitra: SMK Stela Maris Labuan Bajo, SMAS Sta. Familia Wae Nakeng, dan SMAS Sanctissima Trinitas Ranggu. Hasil presentasi dan refleksi pada kegiatan FGD menunjukkan adanya disonansi antara capaian mikro siswa dan indikator makro sekolah, dengan dominasi profil menengah ke bawah serta bias agregasi. Literasi bahasa Indonesia menjadi fondasi stabil, sementara numerasi dan bahasa Inggris menjadi hambatan utama. Implikasinya, diperlukan pembelajaran terdiferensiasi, penguatan kepemimpinan instruksional, dan integrasi data dalam perencanaan berbasis bukti.
