Peran Theory of Planned Behavior dan Self Efficacy terhadap Niat dan Perilaku Berbagi Pengetahuan Klinis pada Dokter Umum di Indonesia

Dalam praktik kedokteran, berbagi pengetahuan klinis (knowledge sharing) merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas diagnosis, pengambilan keputusan, dan keselamatan pasien. Namun, di kalangan dokter umum di Indonesia yang berperan sebagai garda terdepan layanan kesehatan primer praktik berbagi pengetahuan masih belum optimal karena hambatan psikologis seperti kurangnya kepercayaan diri, tekanan hierarki, dan budaya kerja individualistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perilaku berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge sharing behavior) dokter umum di Indonesia dengan menggunakan kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior yang diperluas melalui variabel self-efficacy. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh knowledge sharing attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, dan self-efficacy terhadap knowledge sharing intention serta implikasinya terhadap knowledge sharing behavior. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM). Seluruh tujuh hipotesis pengaruh langsung terdukung. Perceived behavioral control dan self-efficacy merupakan prediktor terkuat niat berbagi pengetahuan. Niat berbagi pengetahuan terbukti menjadi prediktor utama perilaku aktual (koefisien 0,60) dan memediasi secara parsial pengaruh sikap dan self-efficacy, serta memediasi penuh pengaruh norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku. Model penelitian memiliki daya eksplanasi sangat tinggi (R² niat = 0,90; R² perilaku = 0,93). Model TPB yang diperluas dengan self-efficacy sangat relevan untuk menjelaskan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan klinis dokter umum di Indonesia. Penguatan niat berbagi pengetahuan melalui peningkatan sikap positif, keyakinan diri, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan merupakan strategi utama untuk mendorong praktik berbagi pengetahuan yang lebih efektif dalam layanan kesehatan primer.
