From Screen to Commitment: Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Sosial Terhadap Kesiapan Menikah Pada Perempuan Generasi Z yang Bekerja

Perempuan Generasi Z merupakan pengguna media sosial paling aktif, namun paparan berlebihan terhadap konten daring dapat memengaruhi kesiapan psikologis mereka terhadap pernikahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap kesiapan menikah pada perempuan Generasi Z yang bekerja. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis kovarians (CB-SEM) menggunakan AMOS 26. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 200 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dengan kriteria perempuan usia 22–28 tahun, belum menikah, bekerja minimal enam bulan, dan aktif menggunakan media sosial. Instrumen penelitian meliputi skala penggunaan media sosial dan skala kesiapan menikah berbasis Likert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan menikah (? = ?0,41; p < 0,05). Model penelitian memiliki tingkat kelayakan yang baik berdasarkan indikator goodness-of-fit. Selain itu, penggunaan media sosial menjelaskan 17% variasi kesiapan menikah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa intensitas penggunaan media sosial dapat memengaruhi persepsi, kecemasan, dan orientasi nilai terhadap pernikahan pada perempuan Generasi Z. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan literasi media dan pengelolaan penggunaan media sosial secara bijak untuk mendukung kesiapan menikah yang lebih sehat secara psikologis.
