Pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Kemudahan Penggunaan Teknologi terhadap Efisiensi Kerja Karyawan Melalui Persepsi Kemanfaatan Sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Toko Megah Mulia

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana penggunaan teknologi informasi dan kemudahan penggunaan teknologi mempengaruhi efisiensi kerja karyawan, dengan persepsi kemanfaatan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif; survei dilakukan terhadap 135 orang yang berpartisipasi dalam pekerjaan. Untuk menghasilkan validitas, reliabilitas, dan hubungan antar variabel dalam model penelitian, teknik analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan melalui aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemanfaatan persepsi dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kemudahan penggunaan teknologi dan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, telah terbukti bahwa Persepsi Kemanfaatan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap efisiensi kerja karyawan. Selain itu, persepsi ini juga berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi, memperkuat hubungan antara variabel independen dan efisiensi kerja. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan penerapan teknologi informasi dalam organisasi sangat bergantung pada sejauh mana karyawan merasakan bahwa teknologi tersebut membantu mereka dalam pekerjaan mereka. Semakin tinggi persepsi manfaat, semakin efisien pekerjaan.
