Gambaran Sindrom Metabolik pada ASN di Lembaga X Tahun 2025

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kasus sindrom metabolik pada ASN di Lembaga X di Jakarta Tahun 2025 berdasarkan karakteristik responden dan komponen sindrom metabolik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional menggunakan data sekunder hasil Medical Check-Up (MCU) ASN di Lembaga X tahun 2025. Dari total 1.553 pegawai yang mengikuti MCU, sebanyak 406 (26,1%)  pegawai memenuhi kriteria sindrom metabolik berdasarkan kriteria Joint Interim Statement (JIS) dengan Cut off lingkar pinggang ASIA International Diabetes Federation (IDF). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat untuk distribusi frekuensi 406 pegawai dengan sindrom metabolik dan bivariat terbatas untuk melihat hubungan antar komponen sindrom metabolik menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi p<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prevalensi sindrom metabolik pada ASN di Lembaga X tahun 2025 sebesar 26,1%. Sebagian besar responden berusia >40 tahun (55,2%) dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki (79,3%). Komponen sindrom metabolik yang paling dominan adalah obesitas sentral (91,9%), kadar trigliserida tidak normal (72,2%), kadar gula darah puasa tidak normal (68,0%), dan kadar kolesterol HDL tidak normal (63,3%). Sebagian besar responden memiliki tiga kriteria sindrom metabolik (72,2%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara obesitas sentral dengan kadar kolesterol HDL (p=0,013) dan kadar trigliserida (p=0,021). Prevalensi sindrom metabolik pada ASN di Lembaga X tahun 2025 tergolong cukup tinggi dengan dominasi komponen obesitas sentral, hipertrigliseridemia, dan kadar HDL rendah.
