Analisis Wayfinding Parkir Basement Aloon-Aloon Masjid Agung Semarang sebagai Parkir Komunal di Kawasan Heritage Johar-Kauman

Penelitian ini mengkaji sistem wayfinding pada parkir basement Aloon-Aloon Masjid Agung Semarang sebagai parkir komunal di kawasan heritage Johar-Kauman. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada meningkatnya kebutuhan sistem parkir yang terorganisir di kawasan heritage perkotaan yang tidak hanya menuntut fungsi navigasi, tetapi juga integrasi kontekstual dengan nilai-nilai budaya setempat. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi efektivitas elemen wayfinding eksisting dalam mendukung orientasi dan sirkulasi pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan, dokumentasi, dan analisis spasial terhadap elemen-elemen wayfinding yang meliputi signage, node, marka lantai, pencahayaan, landmark, serta identitas visual kawasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen utama seperti signage, node, pencahayaan, dan landmark telah tersedia dan cukup berfungsi, namun inkonsistensi visual pada signage internal, keterbatasan penandaan zona parkir, serta pemudaran marka lantai menurunkan efektivitas sistem secara keseluruhan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas wayfinding tidak hanya ditentukan oleh keberadaan elemen fisik, tetapi juga oleh konsistensi visual, pemeliharaan berkelanjutan, dan integrasi antara aspek fungsional dengan identitas budaya kawasan heritage. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis berupa rekomendasi pengembangan sistem wayfinding terintegrasi yang mampu menggabungkan kejelasan fungsional dan identitas budaya dalam parkir komunal berbasis kawasan heritage.
