Revitalisasi Stasiun Semut sebagai Creative Hub Resilien melalui Pendekatan Urban Catalyst dan Adaptive Reuse

Ketidakmampuan bangunan cagar budaya dalam beradaptasi terhadap disrupsi sosio-ekonomi dan transformasi sirkulasi urban memicu kerentanan (vulnerability) yang berujung pada degradasi fisik kawasan bersejarah. Stasiun Semut di Surabaya menghadapi risiko kehilangan resiliensi spasial akibat pergeseran orientasi transportasi dan stagnasi kawasan niaga di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi rekonstruksi nilai (re-value) Stasiun Semut sebagai Creative Hub yang resilien dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan Urban Catalyst dan Adaptive Reuse. Melalui metode kualitatif-rasionalistik yang didukung oleh analisis typo-morfologi, pemetaan spasial sirkulasi, dan evaluasi kapasitas adaptif struktur, penelitian ini menguji ketangguhan spasial bangunan terhadap fungsi baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan resiliensi dilakukan melalui zonasi spasial yang fleksibel (loose-fit space), memisahkan akses kendaraan logistik komersial secara tegas dari koridor pedestrian inklusif untuk menjamin keberlanjutan sirkulasi. Intervensi adaptive reuse diterapkan dengan menyisipkan (insert) elemen arsitektur modern struktural pada ruang di bawah atap bentang lebar eksisting tanpa merusak integritas historis, serta memanifestasikan motif lokal pada elemen pembatas ruang. Secara makro, transformasi ini memicu efek katalis perkotaan yang meningkatkan kapasitas adaptif komunitas lokal melalui ruang ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis baru dalam mengonseptualisasikan resiliensi arsitektur cagar budaya yang tidak hanya bertumpu pada ketahanan fisik, melainkan pada kemampuan adaptasi fungsional yang dinamis.
