Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kinerja Ahli Teknologi Laboratorium Medik (ATLM) di Wilayah Pekalongan

Kinerja Ahli Teknologi Laboratorium Medik (ATLM) memiliki peran penting dalam menjamin mutu pelayanan laboratorium dan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Namun, masih ditemukan berbagai permasalahan yang berpotensi menurunkan kualitas pelayanan, seperti kesalahan pelabelan sampel, ketidaksesuaian penerapan prosedur operasional standar, serta rendahnya kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja ATLM di rumah sakit wilayah Pekalongan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain analitik observasional dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 124 ATLM yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square serta regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan kerja, pengalaman kerja, gaji, kepemimpinan, penghargaan, motivasi, dan sikap memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja ATLM (p<0,05), sedangkan disiplin kerja tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p=0,222). Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa penghargaan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi kinerja ATLM (OR=3,437), diikuti oleh keterampilan kerja (OR=3,116) dan kepemimpinan (OR=2,432). Ketiga variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan 32,6% variasi kinerja ATLM. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan sistem penghargaan, pengembangan keterampilan, dan penguatan kepemimpinan merupakan strategi penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja ATLM serta mendukung mutu pelayanan laboratorium di rumah sakit.
