Sharia Social Innovation dalam Mendukung Corporate Sustainability pada Rumah Sakit Mata Achmad Wardi Badan Wakaf Indonesia –Dompet Dhuafa

Inovasi sosial menjadi cara untuk menemukan solusi sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam perspektif inovasi sosial syariah, instrumen wakaf produktif menjadi kunci untuk menggerakan modal sosial dan modal ekonomi demi kebermanfaatan bagi masyarakat yang tidak tersentuh akses kesehatan mata. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi inovasi sosial berbasis wakaf produktif melalui model bisnis hibrida dalam mendukung corporate sustainability di Rumah Sakit Mata Achmad Wardi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap sembilan narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Mata Achmad Wardi menerapkan inovasi sosial syariah melalui kolaborasi antar lembaga, pengelolaan wakaf produktif, dan model bisnis hibrida yang mengintegrasikan misi sosial dengan keberlanjutan finansial. Model tersebut memperluas akses layanan kesehatan mata bagi masyarakat dhuafa sekaligus memperkuat corporate sustainability rumah sakit. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa wakaf produktif berpotensi menjadi model pembiayaan kesehatan yang berkelanjutan di sektor kesehatan syariah. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penguatan tata kelola wakaf produktif, pengembangan kapabilitas inovasi, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk menciptakan ekosistem layanan kesehatan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
