Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Paternalistiik dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Natra Bintan A Tribute Portfolio Resort)

Riset ini difokuskan untuk mengukur signifikansi impak gaya kepemimpinan paternalistik beriringan degan efikasi diri dalam membentuk capaian kinerja karyawan di lingkungan Natra Bintan, A Tribute Portfolio Resort. Mengadopsi arsitektur penelitian kuantitatif berbasis survei eksplanatori, kajian ini mengikutsertakan total keseluruhan populasi pekerja operasional sejumlah 86 individu sebagai responden melalui pendekatan sampel jenuh. Ekstraksi data dieksekusi menggunakan instrumen kuesioner berskala Likert yang telah divalidasi keandalan serta kesahihannya. Proses komputasi data dikelola secara komprehensif menggunakan peranti lunak SPSS versi 26, yang mencakup penjabaran deskriptif, verifikasi prasyarat asusmsi klasik, hingga pengujian hipotesis berupa regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (t), uji simultan (f), serta koefisien determinasi.


Kalkulasi statistik mendemonstrasikan bahwa kepemimpinan paternalisitik memproyeksikan intervensi positif dan bermakna terhadap produktivitas staf (t-hitung 4,236 > t-tabel 1,989; probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05). Pola serupa juga dicatatkan oleh variabel efikasi diri, yang menstimulasi lonjakan performa secara signifikan (t-hitung 5,369 > t-tabel 1,989; probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05). Apabila ditinjau secara serentak, kombinasi orkestrasi manajerial dan konfidensi personal ini sukses menggerakan kinerja secara simultan (f-hitung 56,679 > f-tabel 3,11; probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05). Daya penjelas dari kedua prediktor ini sanggup mempresentasikan 58,1% fluktuasi kinerja (R2 = 0,581), sementara 41,9% sisanya dibentuk oleh determinan eksternal sumber daya manusia di entitas resort tersebut mutlak membutuhkan sinergi antara figur kepemimpinan paternalistik yang ideal dengan eskalasi keyakinan diri tiap pekerja.
