Tinjauan Kritis terhadap Teori dan Praktik Kepemimpinan Transformasional dalam Organisasi Kristen

Meningkatnya kompleksitas tantangan organisasi akibat perubahan sosial, globalisasi, perkembangan teknologi, dan dinamika kehidupan keagamaan menuntut model kepemimpinan yang adaptif sekaligus berlandaskan nilai-nilai spiritual. Kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi salah satu pendekatan yang banyak digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi, namun penerapannya dalam organisasi Kristen masih menghadapi berbagai pertimbangan teologis, budaya, dan praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara kritis hubungan antara teori kepemimpinan transformasional dengan praktik kepemimpinan dalam organisasi Kristen melalui identifikasi keselarasan, potensi konflik, serta implikasi kontekstualnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan critical literature review dengan desain kualitatif melalui penelaahan sistematis terhadap berbagai publikasi ilmiah yang berasal dari Google Scholar, Scopus, dan basis data akademik bereputasi lainnya. Analisis dilakukan melalui sintesis teoretis, pengelompokan tematik, dan evaluasi kritis terhadap bukti empiris yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional mampu meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi melalui penguatan visi bersama, kepemimpinan etis, pemberdayaan anggota, pertumbuhan spiritual, dan komitmen organisasi. Namun demikian, implementasinya juga menghadapi tantangan berupa keselarasan teologis, adaptasi budaya, dominasi kepemimpinan karismatik, keterbatasan organisasi, serta kebutuhan menjaga keseimbangan antara efektivitas organisasi dan integritas spiritual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam organisasi Kristen memerlukan integrasi kontekstual antara prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan modern dengan nilai-nilai Alkitabiah sehingga mampu menghasilkan kepemimpinan yang efektif, adaptif, dan tetap mempertahankan autentisitas teologis.
