This study aimed to analyze organizational climate management in the digital era for teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Pakem and SMP Bina Jaya Banguntapan and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its implementation. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study design and was conducted at two schools with distinct organizational climate characteristics. The participants included the school principals and ten teachers, comprising five teachers from SMP Negeri 4 Pakem and five teachers from SMP Bina Jaya Banguntapan. The study focused on teachers' attitudes and behaviors in their interactions with school principals and colleagues. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, structured observations using observation sheets, and document analysis. The trustworthiness of the data was assessed based on credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability, supported by methodological, source, and temporal triangulation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings indicated that organizational climate management in the digital era was implemented through five management functions: planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Supporting factors included the enhancement of teachers' digital competencies through training and professional learning communities, principals' transformational leadership, and school policies supporting the provision of cloud-based databases, a basic web-based management information system (MIS), and digital communication platforms. The identified barriers included limited digital literacy among teachers at SMP Bina Jaya Banguntapan, inadequate technological infrastructure, and difficulties adapting to changes in the organizational climate associated with digital transformation.
