Efektivitas Promosi Kesehatan Melalui Audiovisual Berbasis Media Sosial terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Pasien Ulkus Diabetikum di RSUD Sejiran Setason Kabupaten Bangka Barat

Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit metabolik kronis yang dapat menimbulkan komplikasi serius, salah satunya ulkus diabetikum yang berisiko berujung pada amputasi ekstremitas bawah. Indonesia menempati peringkat kelima dunia dengan jumlah penderita diabetes terbanyak, sementara edukasi tatap muka masih terbatas jangkauan dan kesinambungannya, terutama di wilayah geografis luas seperti Kabupaten Bangka Barat. Promosi kesehatan melalui audiovisual berbasis media sosial berpotensi menjadi alternatif yang lebih fleksibel dan dapat diakses berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas promosi kesehatan melalui audiovisual berbasis media sosial terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan pasien ulkus diabetikum di RSUD Sejiran Setason Kabupaten Bangka Barat. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif quasi experimental dengan pendekatan one group pre-test–post-test time series, repeated measures, dan variasi jumlah intervensi (dose–response), melibatkan 30 responden yang dibagi ke dalam tiga kelompok berdasarkan jumlah paparan intervensi (2 kali, 4 kali, dan 6 kali) selama tiga minggu. Hasil uji Paired Sample t-Test menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara skor pengetahuan pre-test dan post-test pertama (t = -10,140; p = 0,000). Hasil uji Friedman menunjukkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan yang signifikan pada pengukuran berulang (?² = 48,137; p = 0,000), sedangkan uji Kruskal-Wallis menunjukkan adanya efek dose-response, di mana peningkatan skor pengetahuan lebih tinggi pada kelompok dengan jumlah intervensi lebih banyak (?² = 8,930; p = 0,012). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa promosi kesehatan melalui audiovisual berbasis media sosial efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien ulkus diabetikum, dengan pemberian intervensi berulang memberikan hasil yang lebih optimal dibandingkan paparan edukasi yang lebih sedikit.
