Kepemimpinan Multidimensional Berdasarkan Motivasi Agility & Self Efficacy

Kepemimpinan multidimensi berbeda dengan konsep kepemimpinan yang ada, fenomena saat ini banyak pemimpin yang tidak dapat menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam proses memimpin membuat mereka lambat dalam mengambil keputusan. Upaya menemukan konsep kepemimpinan yang cocok saat ini dimana terjadi fenomena kesenjangan generasi dalam perusahaan atau organisasi. Pimpinan senior organisasi adalah generasi Baby Boomers (lahir pada rentang 1946-1964), pemimpinnya adalah Generasi X (lahir pada rentang 1965-1981) dan staf adalah generasi milenial (lahir pada rentang 1982- 1995), generasi milenial dikenal memiliki karakter, terutama berpikiran terbuka dan berteknologi. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan melalui review jurnal tentang kepemimpinan multidimensi yang menjalankan roda organisasi. Hasil: Hasilnya, kepemimpinan multidimensi membutuhkan karyawan yang memiliki self-efficacy dan motivasi kelincahan untuk mencapai kinerja organisasi yang maksimal.
