Pneumonia Dengan Kejang Demam Kompleks

Pneumonia adalah infeksi akut parenkim paru yang meliputi alveolus dan jaringan interstitial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode potong lintang dengan melihat rekam medis pasien kejang demam Kompleks di Puskesmas Peibenga Kabupaten Ende. Desain penelitiannya menggunakan survei depskriptif dan dilakukan secara retrospektif untuk melihat karakteristik demografis dan klinis kejang demam kompleks. Pengambilan data melalui rekam medis ini sudah mendapat persetujuan dan izin dari Puskesmas Peibenga Kabupaten Ende. Telah dilaporkan satu kasus Pneumonia dengan kejang demam kompleks pada seorang anak perempuan usia 10 bulan. Diagnosis ditegakkan berdasarkan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik dan pemeriksaan penunjang. Tatalaksana dilakukan sesuai dengan pedoman MTBS. Pasien dirawat selama 5 hari dan dipulangkan dalam kondisi membaik dan diminta untuk kontrol kembali di Poli MTBS
